When you send an enquiry through this website (catering, functions or a general question), we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it) and the details of your message.

Why

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, for catering or functions, to organise your booking. We won't sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.

Who handles it

Our website is run by Silkline, which passes your enquiry to us and stores it securely on our behalf. Silkline uses trusted providers that may store information outside New Zealand.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are stored for up to 12 months, unless we need to keep records of a catering or function booking.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by contacting us at demo@silkline.co.nz or 021 000 0000.
